What you need:
2 mashed, ripe bananas
1/4 cup of rolled oats
Half a cup of peanut or almond butter
Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc.) equal to 1/4 cup
1/4 cup of chopped dates, cranberries, raisins, or other dried fruit
1-tsp. vanilla essence
Optional toppings: hemp hearts, chia seeds, shredded coconut, cinnamon, or dark chocolate chips.
Instructions:
Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper and preheating the oven to 350°F, or 175°C.
Add the mashed bananas, rolled oats, almond butter, chopped almonds, dried fruit, and vanilla essence to a large mixing dish. Before combining, stir thoroughly.
Toss in any optional toppings you choose and stir them into the dough until they’re uniformly distributed.
