Refreshing Crab and Shrimp
Salad Recipe

For the Salad:

225 g (about 2 cups) chunky crabmeat, drained and checked to remove shells
225 g cooked and peeled shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup diced green
bell pepper 2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh
parsley Salt and black pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving
For the Vinaigrette:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon
mustard 1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
sauce 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
